  • Lipo - the answer! Thanks Mazzers  I actually did look into getting my arms done, cos my body's looking all right, lovely in proportion with a flat belly, but my chubby arms create the impression of a fat girl still.

Maybe the credit crunch will force the price of it down :rotfl: after all I got kidnapped by a beauty salon this evening and will now be having my eyebrows threaded at £4.50 a session (that's cheap, right?).

Threaded? is that plucked with stringy thingy?
    If so, seems cheap.
Maybe we can get a deal on group lipo.:rotfl:

Think i just need firming up when I lose enough tho as I lost lots when relationship broke up and no saggy bits then.
Had to edit cos i remembered that my arms were still a bit chubby too, legs like strings and slim hips but biggish arms. funny that eh

i used to make a oven baked cheesey leek dish but this one is much quicker and easier... also make leek soup and use them raw in dips and salads, i LOVE leeks hence i am going to try growing them this year lol

My daughter saw me making cheese sauce today to go on my lamb-not cheese sauce again! she said-"I though you were on a diet"!
Now Ive been good again-lamb chops with cheese sauce and 100g of sliced green beans. Nowt else-not too hungry today which is rather amazing.

  • I was reading the Atkins New Diet Revolution and what he says in there is that if you are "stuck" (and desperate) to have a couple of days of more or less purely fat! Says it may kickstart your system.

More cheese butter and cream and no carbs at all. I will try to find the section if anyone wants more detail. Not sure I fancy it though-unless its just a day of cheese sauce?
I should indeed get a leek pin to show my Welsh heritage and to be proud of my new favourite food. Trouble is-the last pack I bought-DH wanted some too! Well he got 1/4 and I got 3/4 cos they are mine!!!

EDIT-pages 272-274 but read very carefully!

just went to fridge for drink and forgot about the sugar free jelly i made earlier, tried to do the mousse thing but couldn't be bothered to whisk so put less water, stirred in cream and it looked curdled but i stuck it in fridge anyway and hey preso jelly underneath and a lovely set creamy moussey (but not as light) stuff on top. really fab, and looks nice too
