Will be okay tomorrow as back at work, if I haven't lost a load of weight a week Tuesday I am going to go on a rampage . Down another notch on my belt.
Morning!
I find a small packet of pork scratchings fits the bill nicely
Happy low carb day to all!

mcdonald a lot of people feel they cant live without bread when they first start after a few weeks they couldnt care less and as u will see there are some ideas for replacements
jim wish i had read this last night i have the answer to your crunch problem cheese crisps!!!!... microwave cubes of cheese til it goes wafery looking (approx 30-60seconds) remove from plate IMMEDIATELY or they will set and voila crisps.... also the sesame crackers are nice for a bit of crunch
i use a (fake) magic bullet for all my grinding and its brilliant for blending, liquidising etc and takes up hardly any room whichis even better
ames thats far too highbrow for this time of the morning!!!

Dr D's is more about being sensible than excessive control of this n that, so I expect they'll be ok. Thinking of getting some whey protein as H&B were advertising a half price deal.

Unfortunatly that was one of last years essays in my eu law module, this one is based on consent as the binding force of international law- you are right to a certain extent in that it is yet to be written but law is never that straight forward. This is with regard to treaties, international custom which is a type of law, general principles of law etc bla bla bla- the culmination of which epitomises the current state of int law.
only a few more months then degree done! wahoo and hopefully i will be nice and thin(ish) for the summer ball:T

Day 7 of Rose Elliot's induction, and might I add that I'm feeling good
Had a very productive weekend, including lots of scrubbing and moving furniture, and haven't suffered any lack of energy. So today:
- Breakfast peanut smoothie (peanut butter, double cream, soya milk)
- Lunch watercress and blue cheese salad
- Dinner curried tofu
- Snack h/m jelly - but should I eat the choo-choo-train or the butterfly? - with creamMortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -

Can't believe I missed this! :rotfl:I actually made my own creme eggs last year but to a different recipe - the goal was "vegan" rather than "low carb" - and would just make one extra suggestion, that you separate a small part of the mixture and colour it red, then put it in the middle. Just for the look!
I will also be using an egg mould rather than just rolling it up - should come out much neaterMortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
