PS. What was that about 5 Atkins bars?! :rotfl:

 No idea what you are talking about. :p :rotfl:

    I gained 5 lbs!!

:rotfl: Cant help feeling it was worth it for what you ate. :rotfl:

Well I lost 3lbs this week but I'm sure that's only cos I was in bed ill all weekend and didn't really eat much. *wonders if I can do that next weekend too* :D

Anyway, hope you all start the week well and Monday isn't too 'Mondayish' for you all.
Herman - MP for all! :)
  • 1 cup soya milk
2 tablespoons unsweetened smooth peanut butter
    1 tablespoon double cream
    Drop of vanilla essence
    Teaspoon cocoa powder

Whizz it all up in the blender until smooth! Makes one portion... gives about 15g protein and about 6g carbs - it's on my induction list but I guess you just have to be careful about what other carbs you're having that day!

Mmmmmmmmmmmm, I really like the sound of that!! I usually buy whole earth peabut nutter so I'm hoping that's ok as it's no added sugar. Have to buy everything else so will be off to the shops today. Can't wait to try it!!:T
