Brilliant website Angel, I think it'll be a useful tool.I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.0 -
i would avoid alcohol if u are trying to lose th ebody burns this before it burns fat so its likely it will stopu losing, fine if u are prepared to take that
angel well done on yr loss keep it up u will soon be in those jeans!! harvesters arent too bad if u ask them to replace the potatoe with some veg or something and if u are VERy careful at bella u should be ok there too
gravity the only part of yr menu that fits was the scrambled egg and cheese, u can bet the ribs had a ton of sugar in so they are out as well as the crumpets and crackers lol
i have used asda cheapo pasta sauce as its the lowest in carbs so maybe the tesco one is the same... tho to be honest its nicer and less carbs jut to use a tin of chopped toms with herbs etc

Well I kept to the list today and had:
scrambled egg with cheese and salad-mayo with curry powder added
sugarfree jelly and cream
grilled pork steak with chilli and ginger with salad, creme fraiche and may
jelly and cream
a snack of roast beef and cheese.
Ive been on Atkins one week now and at the end of that week after a few fluctuations Ive lost 5 pounds. I realise that I wont lose that next week though.
Start weight 12 stone 8
Todays weight 12 stone 3
Height 5 ft 4
Congrats on your loss, but don't think s-free jelly is on the atkins induction list.
You may need to try and avoid things with sweetener as they can slow weight loss0 -

Yay!!! Go you!!!! :T :T :T0 -
Oops, don't know what happened there!! I hadn't finished my post!!:rotfl:
Anyway, I still can't believe I managed to resist bday cake?! Not like me at all. I looked at it & asked myself if I reeaally wanted some, & the answer was no!! So feeling very saintly again today. There's still half of it left but I think I can resist again today.:D
So, menu for today
B - blues/rasps & cream
L - might have a cheese omelette for a change
D - roast beef & cheesy leeks
Snacks will be S&V peanuts & cheese if peckish
Have a wonderful Wednesday everyone!!
PS. It's raining here0 -

Day 2 of Rose Elliot's induction!
Breakfast - Greek yoghurt with flax seeds and flaked almonds
Lunch - Crustless asparagus quiche with watercress and rocket
Can't remember what's for dinner tonight! Will have to check later
It's funny though, because I now feel like I'm on a "diet" and sticking rigidly to the plan, I'm constantly thinking about food  Not necessarily hungry, just worrying about where my next bite is coming from... however, I'd also dropped 2lbs on the scales this morning (which could be normal variation...)Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -

If this is the same its per serving not per jar.
If it is then its something I will def consider for the future!
Just double checked as got me questioning myself!!
I was wrong but its still low... its 2.8g per 100g (440g in jar = 12.3g total) however, as stated, this feeds 5 of us which works out at just less than 2.5g per portion:)
Linky thing to pasta sauce with all the nutrition bits!If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.
My way is Atkins0 -

This is a good point and worth noting. The only reason I use the pasta sauce is because my kiddies won't touch anything with "bits of tomatos" in (or mushrooms for that matter:rolleyes: ) so I have to disguise things as I try to make meals that we can all eat;)If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.
