  • WOOOWWWWW!!!!!! Lets stay calm peeps:D

    Question; How much does everyones weight fluctuate during a week??:confused:

    Mine seems to go up and down 2-3lbs over the week. I know you're only supposed to weigh once a week but I like to have the odd peek first thing in the morning before I eat or drink anything:D . It surprises me how it can change so much. Unfortunately, it seems to be more on the up this week... that will teach me for eating 3 atkins bars:p

    Todays menu;

    B- scrambled egg and mushrooms
    L- cabbage leaves and HM coronation chicken with bacon (will I ever get bored of the same breakfast and lunch:D )
    S- chicken stir fry thingy-me-jig (I just made it up.... it was ok)

    Have a nice weekend everyone:)
    If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.:whistle:

    My way is Atkins;)
