Morning Everyone
After much messing about over the last few weeks I am finally in the right frame of mind to get back into weight loss.I havent put any on over the last few weeks but nor have I lost any.I've got a stone left to lose and now its time to shift it and get this finished so I can go onto maintenance
so far today I've had several brews and a chunk of cheese. No sneaky bites of the kids toastSo I'm being a good girl:D
Its Roast gammon and veg for lunch

According to the scales, I've lost another two pounds this week... that can't be right, that makes 9 since Christmas!
Anyway, today:
- Breakfast half an exploded egg (did you know you can't just put them in the microwave?). Green tea.
- Lunch homemade tzatziki on Cucumber slices, with spinach / mozerella / radishes and olives in balsamic vinegar dressing. Green tea.
- Dinner "fish" fingers with fresh brocolli and spinach. Probably green tea.
My Mum's started on her low-carb diet this week, I'm sure she'll come back on here and tell you all about it! Slightly different approach to mine, but we've all got our own stylesMortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -

I just broke it into a tumbler! Lodger says I should have put it in water
Is it really possible to spread a dodgy tum virus via the medium of the internet??? We've all had it now, I think!Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
u can do without the water if u price the yolk in a few places either that or whisk it up for scrambled

Hiya!
Well, I've not lost anything this time but was kind of expecting that. Will just have to be extra careful this week to get back on track.
B - scrambled eggs, sesame crackers and cream cheese plus tomato
L - have pigs in blankets in oven so will have some before I go to Mum n Dads
D - who can say? probably ham and cabbage but will see what the day brings:D
Off to dress, more options now so may take some time
Have a lovely day!

Hello everyone, day 14 for me - & counting :@(
Feeling a bit fed up today, had a cooked breakfast & hated it - too salty & felt sick after eating it - should have stuck to the fruit.
Anyway, menu for today
B - cumberland sausage, bacon & fried egg _pale_
L - salad?
D - chicken curry & broc/cauli/peas?
Did 20 minutes on the Wii Fit before breakfast & hoping to get out for a walk this afternoon as nice & sunny now.
Weigh day tomorrow - hope that makes me feel more positive - fingers crossed.0 -
Forgot to say (too busy feeling sorry for myself :rotfl: ) - well done everyone on the weightloss!! :T0

sue just tell them the body burns carbs before it burns fat therefore if u lower the carbs it will burn the fat cos it doesnt have the carbs to burn... yes i know thats it simplified but u dont want to mess with those poor lowcal peopls minds lol
the problem is that every time u slip u have to go thru detox again if u could get 1 week under your belt u will find it easier.. remember how crap u feel on tuesdays, do u want to feel that every week? if its always tues make sure u have stuff thats nice AND l/c to get u over the hump
i had a lowcarb jam but to be honest it wasnt that nice so i think pureeing some berrys or rhubarb would be far better,.. good luck with the oopsies
badger u can have a lot worse things than oatflour i have ground oats up and used in place of almond flour sometimes

i just listen to them and look at the ingredients on their lowfat rubbish and think u must be mad why do u want to be put all that crap in your body!!!i mean u get lowfat cheese what the hell do they think they put in to make it taste fatty!! transfats of course which is what is causing all this increase in heart disease not the natural fats... aahh well they will never learn just feel sorry for them and agree to disagreemercy not surprising but at least u didnt gainsweet why not have scrambled or poached egg with tomato if the bacon was saltyxxWhen you know better you do better0
