oops yes, thanks for reminding me hun, I should have mentioned that xx The original recipe (which I should have credited) here says 3 grams of carbs for the whole of the smaller quantity recipe (ie using 4 tablespoons of flax) - so for each of the four slices I get from it, that would be less than one gram per slice. And according to shykins and that original post, it is totally legal for Atkins induction:D

Welcome mercy:) I only found this thread in Dec and am addicted to it. I'm still trying to read the whole thread but have only got up to page 35:rolleyes: . I get very easily distracted by the newer posts and links;) . I've never eaten so much but the weight still comes off:rotfl:If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.
My way is Atkins0 -

well hello all you lovely people!!!
weighing in day was monday and i had lost half a pound so not bad after the excesses early on in the week. everyone at (whisper it ) weightwatchers was gobsmacked....lmao!!! so i have officially another half pound to go to undo all the xmas damage and am now back on low carbing properly so that has probably already gone too!
yippeeee!!!!!!
slowly working through the diet delusion..rivetting stuff but when you try to explain it to peeps they look at you like your thick and gullible!!!!:rotfl:

saz i seem to think ages ago that the flax bread was around 11carbs per mini loaf but i could be wrong... its nice half (or all) almond flour too but of course that makes it no induction friendly
well done those who have lost thats brilliant and it keeps us all going knowing (hopefully) we will be the next to lose
well had an omlette for brekkie and just had pate in lettuce wraps but am still starving so off to get some water and see whats in the fridge i can eat (shopping tomorrow so it may be limited),, tonight will prob be mushrooms stuffed with pate and topped with the last of the brie from chrimbo, not sure what else whatever i find lol
