To make the base, which is obviously wrong:rolleyes: , I've been mixing;
300g cauli
1 egg
150g mozzarella...... I take it I'm using way too much cauli then:rolleyes:If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.:whistle:

I think of it as a pizza base substitute, but it isn't a doughy mixture, it's just a tasty surface on which to put some nice pizza toppings.My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program

Afternoon everyone
I have had a sick child all weekend so not had much time for posting
It was weigh in day yesterday and lost nothing but at least I didnt gain!For some reason my body doesnt want to go lower than 11 stone 3lbs anyone got any bright ideas how to kick start it?
Badgerlady know what you mean about weightloss in proportion to size loss because I've lost 3 stone and am in a size 12 jeans with 2 stone still to go to reach target I thought I would be still in a size 16 at this point.But I'm not complaining:D

Shykins, what did you see at the Albert Hall? We celebrated our girls' birthday with an evening in London too last week - Les Mis for us. Hence petrol-station wrap at midnight.
I'm craving carbs big-time - well, actually, the lethal carb and fat combination. I had a McDonald's the other night - a quarter-pounder - and it was so good. Perhaps my inner chav is emerging. I'm just about back on track now but having difficulty.
And I feel as though I've barely been at home the last fortnight, driving DD round the south-east and Midlands for uni interviews and open days. I've just left her at Oxford, in a freezing-cold room, for three days on her own, for interviews with scary professors. Her self-confidence is plummeting and she's lonely. The house is a tip and I have a tower of washing. I have so much work to do, with horrible deadlines. I want roast potatoes or bread and melted Camembert, and I'm grumpy. My OH is feeling so poorly as a result of diabetes, which apparently can't be controlled with the usual medication.
Perhaps I should be posting on the Vent Board - or maybe there should be a General Whinge at Life Board...
Lesley, hope your child is on the mend.
Sorry to be so down. Others have worse problems than I do, I know.0 -

I'm sure you all have sufficient common sense to appreciate that a building with many different types of fire prevention measures is more likely to survive than one which has only limited or partial fire prevention deployed nor that the more inflammatory sources (naked flames or potentially flameable inputs) will have a greater fire risk. So the more of the above strategies you use the better the result, in fact there is good reason to believe that Vit d works better in conjunction with omega 3 and magnesium. But no amount of anti inflammatory supplements/exercise will counter continual high inputs of pro inflammatory omega 6's and carbohydrates.My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program
