More questions:rolleyes:
I was trying to find a low carb curry sauce and came across this:
It's the Tesco Finest Green Thai Curry Sauce 335g
NamePer ServingPer 100g
Energy625kJ (155kcal)
Protein1.4g
Carbohydrate5.0g
sugars1.7g
Fat12.3g
saturates5.8g
mono unsaturates4.2g
polyunsaturates1.8g
Fibre2.5g
Sodium*0.3g*
Salt Equivalent0.6g
Have I got this right (just checking as I can't believe it, so thinking I'm goging very wrong:rolleyes: ), are the total carbs per 100g, 2.5g of carbs (5 of carbs - 2.5of fibre)?????????
Thanks again:beer:If you think nobody cares whether you're alive or dead, try missing a couple of mortgage payments.
My way is Atkins0 -

Badgerlady glad that you seem to be getting things back under control.I'm not sure which you'd prefer though the redundancy or the better job?

sorry newish but u dont deduct the fibre in the Uk therefore the carb count per 100g is 5 as per the carb total
if u search the thread i am sure there is a curry sauce recipe somewhereWhen you know better you do better0 -
Ravy, to be honest I don't know either! If I get offered the external job, it'll scupper anything they can offer me internally - so a redundancy cheque would be ideal
But because there are no guarantees, at this stage it would be safer to have a decent back-up job...
By the way, with all the stress I've been battling the flu and winning... but today I've finally succumbed and will be spending tomorrow in bed. Good night all!Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -
Sten Sture reduces his weight himself.
VISAKHAPATNAM There was no room for potatoes on the plate.
The result:

But he has now promised himself he will never buy clothes a larger size than he is today.
- I eat dinner three times a day, "he said.
At most Sten Sture Skaldeman weighed 149 kilograms.
Today he weighs 85 kilograms and has the body values like a 25yr Athletes at the age of 67.
The recipe is a high-fat lifestyle without carbohydrates.
- It all started when I lost a slimming contest against my friend Hakan. We were equally obese.
Then I thought that now I don 't care about this and began to eat fatty animal food, "said Sten Sture Skaldeman.
He ate so much gammon, steak with fatty sauces, that by chance was simply not place for potatoes on the plate.
The result was that his excess weight disappeared.
- I never knew I was severely insulin resistant, this prevented fat burning when I ate carbohydrates.
When I avoided eating carbohydrates, I went down in weight.
Carbohydrates are nothing more than energy, "he said.
- When you eat like stone age people, getting as many organic products as possible is important. You should also eat offal. That prevents you getting mineral/vitamin deficiencies. I have no deficiencies in my body at all, although I do not eat any carbohydrates.
