Well done HC hun on losing the two stone - that's brilliant!! :T Sounds like you have a lot to deal with right now - I don't think I'd cope anything like as well as you have xx You may be a bit sceptical about the low carb theory but at least it's worked for you lol:) Whereas I on the other hand, am completely sold on the science yet I have struggled to lose even a stone in nearly 6 months!:o And here I am sat here craving all sorts of bad things. Twice this morning I have had to physically restrain myself from popping out to Pret a Manger and buying an almond croissant... or 10! :rotfl: And despite propping myself up with supplements I'm really struggling with tiredness, work and the whole winter thing generally I think. Oh well... ignore me and my bloomin whinging, it'll soon be christmas lol and shykins - what's all this about santa not existing?!:D:D

    Much love to all

Yes, that's Pippa at eight weeks old or so. The day after that pic was taken we had to rush her to the vet, and very nearly lost her - and then again two weeks later. She weighed less than 700g at one point. Cost us £1000 in vet's bills to have them find out what on earth was wrong with her. She's a year old now, and healthy, bubbly and utterly beautiful! :D

Saz, I lost weight easily cos I have/had a lot to lose. :o You're struggling cos you're a teeny-weeny thing anyway. Keep going and it'll come off, albeit slowly. Sounds as though you need some treats and some TLC.

Thanks, you're very kind hun xx Think I'm just feeling a bit sorry for myself today, no idea why really  We've got a long weekend off this weekend, so hanging on for that, tbh. Just catching up on some sleep will help loads I think. And Gilly's always good at making a fuss of me:)

Goodness, I copy-edited that book! I work on so many that India's name didn't ring a bell.

The Anne Rice story was the one that really made my eyes pop out! But it was very nice getting paid to read such filth. :D I certainly wasn't tempted to fall asleep like I do with some texts... ;)
