    Sorry, I've been really busy.
I've lost 2lb this week (but on the saturday I was at lost 5lb).
Today I am a lb lower so that's good.

    Hi to all

Had a bad day today. I've noshed spuds, bread, and rice pudding.

I'm so week, but I will get back on it.
I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.

Well, Shykins, I'm crossing everything that you'll be given the green light to go. Will you keep to LC while you're there, do you think, or let yourself go a bit? I know you're an old hand at it now, but it must still be difficult when you simply don't know what's in things.

Sue, you lucky thing - what bargains! I had a lovely read through of the IPD cookbook last night and it's got some great ideas in it.

I was very good yesterday: brunch - sausage, egg and bacon. Dinner - M&S chicken fillets in yummy sauce (5g carb for the whole pack) and cabbage.

Today I'll probably have the same brunch, and this evening roast turkey, cauli mash and vegetables.

    :T to everyone who lost.
:( to everyone who's cheated. But no one's perfect (that's how we got overweight to start with, after all. We're only human :o).

:j <<< thats me doing the happy dance lol, the man from del monte (well basildon hospital actually) he say YESSSS

he was a really nice man bit of an old duffer type but VERy thoro, he has sent me for a barrage of tests, some of which i had today and the rest for when i get back off holiday

hc i pretty much always stick to lowcarb cos i dont really like spuds, rice, pasta etc now so they are no problem to go without... i may have some bread as its really lovely out there but at most prob 1 slice a day.... other than that it will be meat, salad and veg...the puddings i find mainly too sweet tho they do a datey one i will may have some of.... ohhh and some alcohol may occasionally pass my lips <whistle>.

as u say u cant exactly be sure what u are having but as long as u make reasonable choices its not too hard... i shall swim LOADS as well so hopefully the damage will be minimal

right off to do packy type things now i am know i am going!!!
