Hi nice to see you back Ted we were wondering where you had gone .A friend of mine drinks loads of cranberry juice every day says its good for her ,shes trying to lose weight and has personal trainer who tells her lo carb diets are bad for you ,I have given up trying to change her way of thinking !!0

I don't understand that though. If you are on an eating plan, then you're on an eating plan. It is a new way of eating for life. Not just for weekdays, or mornings, or a month or 2.
How is it a 'treat' to effectively ruin all your efforts through the week??0 -
