HC , you will need a food processor to get perfect stiff egg whites, do you have one of them to use ?

I do, but rarely use it (too much washing up, as it's not dishwasher-proof). I've got a Dualit hand-mixer, which is pretty powerful and does most mixing/whipping jobs well.

The only thing that worries me about making pancakes or oopsies is that I'll eat the lot. Shame you can't make them individually!

I find one egg makes one perfect sized pancake ,
but you will need to reduce the cream cheese and soya flour .

I am wondering if they would freeze , cos I could do batches
    Kindness costs nothing :)

  • Great weekend here too! Went out on the town with me boys...

I was on vodka and water, which suited me very well - until I'd had a few too many and the boys started feeding me lemonade (which was horrible - so sweet and sticky I had to hold my nose and drink it). I secretly hope that all the dancing and walking home will have burned most of that off!

Apart from that, my diet was even stricter than usual and also soya-free (detoxing from a generally high-tofu week).
