GG - my dinner is a tuna steak, and then broccoli, cauliflower and leeks with a cheese sauce. I make that with 2 egg yolks, double cream and lots of parmesan (veggie equivalent) and then poured over steamed veg and baked till golden
then (as it is the TOTM) some low carb choc brownie warmed up with double cream :drool:0 -

WOW! lost 3lb's in 3 days following Ted-H's diet. Found it really easy like Ted I can't be bothered with weighing or counting my food, just sticking to 3 meals a day works fine for me. Probably water loss, but its narf given me a boost. I'm going to get a big cabbage today to make coleslaw, I would be happy eating that every day with tuna for lunch.
I have uniform skirts for work from size 10 to 18, so gonna use those as a measure of how I'm doing as well as the scales.”Pour yourself a drink, (tea for me now)
Put on some lipstick
and pull yourself together”

Morning everyone!
Well, i'm feeling much more positive todaymust be the weather!
I did jump on the scales this morning, lost 2lbs.. but I was weeing for England yesterday, so i'm guessing that is why, but aslong as it's not 2lbs that i'm carrying about then I really don't mindAlso, water loss is usually a good sign that the body is going to be losing weight, so i'm more than happy!
Well, I guess it's scrambled eggs for breakfast.. again
I've got shopping being delivered tomorrow and have bacon in there.. mmm.. yummy.. nice crispy bacon for breakfast will be more paletable!
Hope everyone else has a nice dayBSC Member 155

I love hearing how everyone is doing on this woe, menus, recipies ect. I helps me a lot. I have been on most diets like a lot of you, when you get fired up lose some weight then honeymoon over have a sod it moment and blow it big time. Well last night nearly ate some left over garlic bread purely out of habit was'nt even hungry.. I thought, well I could have it but no fat will get burned from my over stuffed fat cells due to the insulin overload. Certainly worked!”Pour yourself a drink, (tea for me now)

I know what you mean Jinny.. I'm getting my shopping delivered tomorrow and the thought of crispy bacon is the only thing keeping me going
I've just prepared dinner..
Chicken legs and thighs..
I put olive oil, cream, garlic, paprika, lemon and lime juice and the rest of them, lime leaves, a little indian paste, tiny amount of cinnamon, some onions, crushed chilli flakes.
Popped it all in a bug roasting dish and popped it in the fridge for an hour, then I will cook it at Gas Mark 4 for about an hour and a half, and uncover for the last 15 mins. Shud be yummy I hope!
Going to have brocolli, caluiflower and carrots with it. OH will have cous cous salad with it. & both have some home made coleslaw.
Really enjoying this nowBSC Member 155
