From what I was told everyone is going to be sent a charger. I didn't even have to give my order number....I told them my problem...they asked if it was the V220s...I said yes....and then the speel previously posted was given to me.

02 Prepay are aware of the problem and will be sending out chargers(so they say). Haven't been asked to return the phone.

I have just spoken to O2 on 08706003009 and was told that my phone was being sent today and that it would include a charger, so we shall have to wait and see

Phone rec'd yesteday ( no charger, but did not query this) , but I've had another email dated today confirming dispatch via dhl ... under the same order reference, perhaps this is the charger on its way ?
( boy that must have cost them)

I received that too. However, I looked at the tracking code and realised that it was for the parcel I received yesterday!

Did anyone receive just a sim card like me?,invoice states phone is being sent separately.

I posted on a previous page that my friend had only received the sim. No mention about the phone being sent separately though.

Been like that since a few days ago! Hardly next day delivery and I'm having to get a member of my family to be in all day just in case they do call!

Mine came yesterday, also without a charger, hopefully I'll get one soon after reading the other posts on this matter. In the meantime its no big deal as my other half has exactly the same phone, so Ive charged it up overnight, and it was working a treat this morning. Everything looks to be in good working order. Im a bit concerned about the very poor reviews of this phone here http://www.phonescoop.com/phones/user_reviews.php?phone=467&s=h&p=5 so Im gonna see how things go. I know it cost only £14.99, but if its so poor I cant use it propely I may return it or sell it on.
