No - these aren't. I've just rung up to see if I could sweettalk them into unlocking mine for me, and they can do it, but it costs £15 and takes 21 days. Apparently they get a code or something from Motorola, who then sends it in the post. The girl I spoke to was very good, and said that you can often get it done "down the market" for about £5, but that it invalidates the warranty.

And I've just dug out my rubbish for my other phone, and in black and white, right at the top of the letter, it states "thank you for deciding to agree to extend your airtime agreement for 12 months" - guess I should have read it all instead of just checking they'd got the monthly total right. The girl I spoke to at O2 said her friend had had the same problem with them.

Rang DHL as still no delivery and they said they haven't even picked the phone up and I needed to contact 02. So I contacted 02 and they said well it can take up to 5 days - what on a next day delivery??!!?? She said that DHL never take any notice of next day delivery and that they were trying to get it removed as an option. Aparantly I will receive a refund on my postage cost, the phone hasn't even left 02 and to be honest I'm !!!!!! off with the whole thing :mad: :mad:

I just had an email from 02 to apologise about there being no chargers, and that I would be receiving them for my two phones shortyl. Wait and see. Hope they come.

mine hasn't arrived yet. I ordered on weds, over the phone, but the man did say 3-5 days. at least i didn't pay for earlier delivery.....they deserve a telling off tomthumb!

The nice lady from o2 phoned me and said that my chargers would be posted along with the instruction booklets.I know there was a piece of paper inside the box that said they no longer issue them and to go onto the manufactures web page.But that's what she said.....Who am I to argue

I successfully ordered with the free delivery, so I thought, but not had nothing no e-mail of any description, no text message, and no phone. As usual I didn't bother to write down the order reference it gave me after the credit card screens.

Where exactly is the online order tracking system that people have mentioned, I logged in but couldn't see it. Can you still use it with no order reference (can you say show me all my orders?)

ultrak3wl, I ordered mine, now have delivery and had a tracking number and I still couldn't get access to 02's tracking service.

Got mine after i missed the van yesterday and yep no chargers same as everyone else but apart from that they're ok:)
I did call them before they came like others have done knowing i wouldn't get a charger and the guy read out something off the svreen again about them sending out 700 on Wednesday without chargers and they know about the problem and we will be getting them sent out soon
