Ive just spoken to o2 also & they've told me to call the number on the returns card & send the mobile back & i would be sent a replacement with charger.

On the phone now and I've been told that they are sending out the chargers to every customer. Sounds like they've had a few calls about this and I got a pre-prepared speech and they haven't even asked for my order number yet.

Trying to find out how they will be sent out as I don't want to have to go to the depot again.

Mine didn't arrive today even though I paid extra for next day delivery!! Been waiting excitedly all day - will ring them now but really disappointed :rolleyes:

Just checked and DHL couldn't find my road, perhaps they should employ people who can read maps!!!!Every time anything gets delivered by DHL they mess up,they must be really cheap to stay in business!!!

Got my 2 phones for 2 Uni sons today!! Free next day delivery!! DHL driver even remembered that I work round the corner & brought the parcels to my office!!

Rang O2 re missing chargers. They told me the same as in recent post that 700 phones sent out without chargers. The chargers will be sent out in next couple of days.

Strange, I didn't get mine today. Oh well, good to hear that o2 are sending out the chargers! Even though I didn't really need a charger because already got one.

We got in touch with 02 this morning about the charger being missing. Unfortunately we got a really snotty young man who said that refurbished phones came without chargers and that we should have read the terms and conditions. I stated that no where on the site did it say anything about no charger but he was adamant that we weren't going to get one. He asked me for the number of the phone and I asked him how was I supposed to get the number as I couldn't fire up the phone without the charger (battery dead).

We then informed him about the sale of goods act and that the phone was not fit for purpose. We then asked to speak to a supervisor and he refused at first but he then put us on hold (not too happy about that as it was an 0870 number and we were left for 20 minutes). I was just about to hang up when he came back and apologised and told me that one would be sent out in the next couple of days.

Alison-B that's terrible customer service you got from them.I was just going to ring and ask about a charger as I can't switch it on to see if it works wothout a charger (obviously)...I don't know if to just go to tesco and get one or ring 02 up..Do you think they will just automatically send out chargers or shall I ring them???

pudding, they told me that they would send me one out but from other posts on here today, it seems as though they are going to send everyone one out. If it was me, I would ring them though, just to make sure or else they might think you are satisfied with it as it is.

Before I rang 02, I rang the wrong number and got hold of Motorola by mistake (from the card). I informed them that I had been sent a phone without a charger and they were amazed and said that it shouldn't happen.
