Also missed the van...but I knew that anyway. OH gets home about now and so he will sort everything out for me the little darling. No charge has appeared on my online CC statement yet...but it could simply be a case of the CC company being a bit on the slow side....it has happened before.

Theres a software unlock on ebay for £2.you just need a usb cable.
Has anybody tried this.............

did anyone else get one of these but not a power lead?i did!,any ideas what the procedure is in getting one as i phoned 08705 678678 and was told that i had to send the whole thing back.i dont want to do that as i will probably just end up with a refund.and i would rather have the phone.tia

Several pages back, I'm sure I saw a link to a page to unlock these with free software. I have'nt found it yet.Soooo many pages.

I ordered two of these yesterday, arrived this morning by DHL. Like everyone else no charger or instructions. There are plenty of chargers on Ebay working out to about £4.00 each with P&P. If you go to https://www.motorola.com you can download the instructions for any motorola phone. They are still a very good bargain, thanks to the OP

I was also told that.I explained it was a clearance phone and that the offer was no longer available.The very nice lady said that they had received a lot of calls on the same issue.She has promised to look into it and either phone me before five (Probably not now) or tommorrow after three.

My friend just phoned O2 about the lack of charger. The person she spoke to said they had sent out 700 phones yesterday without chargers, and they will send them on to customers once they get them in stock.
I missed my delivery man too.

Good news Jazzy. I'll have to give them a ring...as soon as I get me phones. OH has gone to the depot to pick them up...but the van isn't back yet. So he is kicking his heels wasting time.

Well some interesting information I have just got from a very helpful O2 customer service woman.

At first I was told to send phones back for refund and re-buy but I said not worth it and anything else they could do. Evenually she has just rung me back, after speaking to hardware, to say about 700 of these phones have been sent out without charger and that "some idiot forgot to pack the chargers in the boxes, but these will be sent to me in the next 2-3 days"

Not sure if she meant every charger would be sent out to everyone who ordered tho,

So fingers crossed I get the chargers as well.
