  • 2AX,

If I join on Christmas Day will I still get the 3 months?

It all looks very good value for £10 doesn't it? They could have 3 months each of using the phones a lot and then they can settle down and use them when they need to.

Trust me on this one..... Three months will be enough to ensure their "habit" is unbreakable and all future use mobile phone use will be in the same vain. ;)

Hmm. My sister ordered 2 of these for her daughters. She has had no email at all but when checking her account today she noticed that the 2 charges £14.99 came off along with 2 charges of £1.01 from the same referance number.

    Anybody else have this.

yes, I have had that charge added as well. I tried querying O2 about this but they said "it must be a charge applied by your CC company for buying online"

total rubbish as my CC company has never charged me for buying on line - what nonsense. The guy at O2 was absolutely no help at all saying he knew nothing about it as they had only charged the correct amount and the CC company say it was a charge by O2. Stuck in the middle

Has anyone received their phones and NOT been charged yet?

If your cc company say O2 took the money, and O2 say they didn't (they certainly were not authorised to take the £1.01) then contact your cc company and ask that they initiate a charge-back
