Had my weigh in this morning and got away with only a 1 lb gain. I am amazed and know I have to be extra good this week to avoid the "knock on effect!"
Where has every one gone, I have never seen this forum so quiet? Hope they are all having a good time!

Hi all. I haven't been on for a while - I have had two weeks of sheer gluttony and I think (hope!) i have now got it all out of my system! I will be posting a gain (another one) on wednesday (but posting at all means I am back in the zone) and then hopefully I will be back on track. I see you have all been doing nicely in my absense - good for you!0
