ha, yea i will be. Ive been leaving it to matt but i might try and do all the talking, give this lady a bit of my vicki charm! Weve spoken to her thursday, we rang again friday and then again today. She then decided to tell us we need to apply. Why not tell us on the thursday!! grr.

On the plus side, the properties across the road may provide the same scheme so i have enquired into that this evening. It took a lot of fishing because they dont actively advertise this discounted rent malarky. Most of the properties are about £700 a month over that side with 20% off, making it afordable!

1 lb loss this week - sorry not been round much am trying to sort out Grandad's residential home (or rather find a vacancy in a nice one) and the minefield of paperwork surrounding it.

owch fred, thats a challenge. My grandad has alzheimers and my nana is caring fro him but it's only a matter of time. Trouble is, it's so hard to find a nice residential home. He has some nice carers at the moment though which is something. One of them is a guy, which is quite unusual and at first Ossie wouldn't have him at all - he's of that generation where men just don't do that sort of thing. Fortunately he's come round because this guy is better than all the women put together. The women have a tendency to patronise him and baby him, whereas this lad treats him like a man. He even sat and folded him a proper pocket handkerchief the other night. I could have cried, it was so nice. It's criminal that that job is minimum wage, it really is.

Hi all, flying visit from me , still suffering badly with vertigo & labyrinthitis, which has meant that watching what I'm eating hasn't been an issue it's more a case of trying to eat something. so far blended banana & milk seems to be my staple with dry toast as an alternative!

Fitorbust Happy B'day for yetserday and well done to youlosers.

Off to lie back down now hope to catch you all later.
