Food fact #23 .... any food which you grow for yourself is completley calorie free, even if you deep fry it.

This is the best news I've had all day...now I just need to work out how to grow shortbread :D

    Hi all

I'm still around, but really busy at the moment, so apologies for not posting much.

Well done Delly - that's a fantastic start! :T Well done Molly, Raph and Marion and welcome back to the fold Efrieze!

I've got my fingers crossed for a good result this week too, although the weekend wasn't great - went to a barbecue, decided to make it a red day but then succumbed to a few naughties that I don't know the syn values for.

    Catch you later!

 :j Happy Birthday Fitorbust!!:j

Hope you got your fish and chips, veeeerrry yummy!!!

I had a bad day food wise, a gammon steak with chips and beer battered onion rings. God it was goooooood. Im due on so all this fat and sugar is VERY welcomed!!

Trying to get these flats is proving hard. We have been phoning up constantly and today, on the third phone call, she said we need to re apply through them (which the first housing people said we didnt:mad: ) and apparently there is huge interest in the discounted rent scheme. So matt and i were a bit down today, weve got a bit too over excited about the whole thing and now were on that come down feeling :(
What annoys me the most is that my old school friend is applying for the same new development as matt and i. She is the same age as me, left school at 16 became a hairdresser, quit then fell pregnant and i bet you anything she will be in a brand new apartment quicker than you could say chav. I feel like that was our only chance to get out of here and our own space and now its gone :( but oh well, one day something will go our way! And were not completely giving up, still going to try!

    ciao guys, some good losses!
