Hi Missyg, sounds like you are racing around Europe. I did okay on the food front yesterday until the Crepes Suzettes :rotfl:
My guess is 3lb on minimum, this week. No real chance for exercise as it is too hot outside for that and I don´t swim too good.
Enjoy your hols Suggs.

gosh it's quiet on here now! glad to hear missy is having a good holiday. I'm having a quiet weekend at home, catching up on all my jobs. Had a great experimental sw foodie day - pea, ginger and coriander soup for lunch, and bulgar wheat salad with grilled halloumi for tea. Just have to try and ram all the leftovers in the fridge now which is a bit of a challenge. hope next week is better for you youngbean0

Hi everyone. I have been having a bad diet week ever since I got back from Mechelen on Tuesday! And to be honest I wasn't very good while I was away either. It was so hot and we drank loads of beer, and of course once you have had a couple the diet seems less important.:o Now that I am home I am off the beer but struggling to eat the right foods, just seem to be craving pastry and chocolate and bread. Dreading weigh in on Monday!
I have even been avoiding reading this forum just in case it intevered with my cake eating!:o
However I may have turned the corner as I did have my fruit and scanbran this morning instead of toast and butter and peanut butter. Maybe I just needed the junk in my tummy for some obscure medical reason and my body was listening to itself? I think I will go with that excuse at weigh in tomorrow and see if the consultant will go for it:rotfl::p!
I will try and get time to read the last weeks posts but it will take me some time!
Love to all
