Please can I join you again? I have to get myself motivated. I have a Wii fit now and have used it 4 times in 16 days. It is linked to TV in lounge and there are 7 of us sharing it so I don't get much of a look in. I am trying to get help to change the kids old play room into a study/fitness room but I have loads of junk to dispose of first. It won't be a quick thing to achieve.

Lainie: It seems pretty obvious to me but not that many people I've spoken have picked up on it, so it's still a possibility. I probably won't be crying, but then I rarely cry over the things that make other people cry.

jax and fitorbust: Thanks for mentioning Aldi, and that it's hard to do a proper shop in there. My local Aldi is just across the road from Asda (where I normally shop) so I intend on going in for the first time when I next do a big shop. What else is good in there for Slimming World? I've heard of the fat-free bacon, but I've not been in Aldi for years (and I was a kid then, so wasn't really paying attention!).

Hello poohbear :) Good luck with sorting the room out and going on the Wii fit :)

I have been stupidly tired the last couple of weeks, where it's getting difficult to even do the basic things (I fell asleep in the bath this morning). I tried going on my dance mat (the exercise I normally do) but couldn't even manage 3 songs (normally I can do 30 minutes without a problem). I also need to sort out my new GP, but I haven't got the energy to do so.

While I'm here, does anyone know some very simple recipes for SW that work in the microwave? I haven't got a cooker or oven yet. I've been doing pasta with tomato, veg, baked beans and quorn (green day) but I'm getting a little sick of it now.

Very very quick one, heading to Bath in a few minutes for the Meatloaf concert tonight, stopping over as well so making a sort of weekend of it.

Enjoy Suggs, he was on good form last weekend. :D

    welcome back pooh!

lol at ajax with the phone vote. The really sad thing is that it's not like she ever actually watched cduk anyway, she just happened across it whilst channel hopping. I did a post a while back but the lost it all. I was having a very emotional day too, I was crying my eyes out at some of the posts Bright Idea Ryan was amazing! I bet he's as proud as you. Now that he can walk at little, do you think there's a possibility that his mobility might improve further? It must have been a fantastic surprise for you though.

Lainie Thankyou so much for being so open and honest in your first post. You have had some huge achievements so far, not just in the weight loss, but also in having the courage to go outside and improve your walking. You seem to be very determined and have such a positive attitude, I'm sure you'll succeed.

My sports bra arrived today and it seems to be pretty good. It's a size 34 J though:eek: . I definitely need to loose weight before getting pregnant again, otherwise I'll run out of letters:o :rotfl: . Its called "Impact Free" - hopefully I'll stay that way when I go horse riding on Sunday:rolleyes: .

    Procrastinator please please stay around.

vix and granny I was laughing so much at your posts.:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: .

Sorry, posting short, sweet (yet slightly crunchy?!) posts today as I don't want to loose everything again.

pinklipgloss As for the clothes thing, I'm still wearing mostly maternity stuff:eek: . I don't mind though as it nice and very comfy! I put on 4.5 stone during pregnancy and intend to get back down again soon (ish) (almost 3 stone lost already:j ), so I really haven't seen much point in buying new things. I did buy two pairs of jeans but I'm just haven't found any the right shape. The ones I have are both size 18 and fall down when I walk:o . I can take them off without undoing them, but I don't seem anywhere near getting a size 16 fastened up. I'm going to have a bit of a shopping spree when I get down to 12 stone, but to be quite honest I lost all enthusiasm for shopping when I got my pelvis problem, and haven't regained any. I think I'm now even less enthusiastic about it than my DH! Sometime's I feel as though I ought to make more of an effort, but then I think "for whom?" Right now I would prefer to spend my money on things like horse riding and ice skating so that I can really make the most of my regained mobility:D .

Thanks or all the welcome back. I am still using SW onlin but as I didn't have internet access a lot of the time I let it slide. Today I think I have managed to stay on track but must spend less time at my desk and more time actively doing something.
