spooky bbelle! did you too buy it cheap from the publishers outlet? as far as your muffins go - steady ajax - all ovens are different, you probably need to spin the tray around half way. my oven is very uneven. As for the dryness, well muffins do dry out quite quickly, but the mininess won't affect it either way. I tend to freeze ones that aren't being eaten straightaway and defrost when wanted. minis defrost quite quickly. I'l try to get around to posting you some recipes soon.

    Yes it is me,

......REALLY??? Thank heaven for this! :j I thought I was the only person in the world over the age of 15 to have a pretty big crush on an unreachable (semi)famous person lol. Is it widespread then? I'm not mad after all???? Or is it just me and grannynise?

Well if you're mad, I'm mad too! But doesn't everyone fantasise abut celebrities? Maybe that's not the same as having a 'pretty big crush' but I can drool with the best at the sight of certain people who I probably wouldn't even like if I knew them! And no, I'm not telling... ;)

Lainie - don't worry, it's probably down to your hormones if it's that time of the month. The important thing is not to give up, which is easier said than done I know. Keep going, I'm sure you'll see the results next week.

Katiepoppycat and Brighton Belle - that drama with Victoria Wood - 'Housewife 59' or something was based on one of those diaries - it was really interesting to see how a 'normal' person got on throught the war and afterwards.

Lainie - yes TOTM can really make a difference - you'll be back on track next week.:T :T

OMG - is it ever gong to stop raining?? I went to the gym tonight and had to wear my walking trainers as my runners are still wet from Sunday!!!

I had a meeting yesterday with my friend who is a nurse and has just done her botox training and is going to use my premises to start her business.
We are going to offer botox, fillers and facial peels.;) :D
It's a world I know nothing about apart from being a 40 something woman with all that goes with that:rotfl: :rotfl: . I just know that if I was ever tempted to go down that path I'd rather have a qualified nurse do it than someone who hasn't got medical experience.
    Any thoughts anyone?

Great job on the chart Brighton Belle - hope I figure better in it next week!

Is it just me? (I'm sure it isn't...), I either:
Have a good food day, drink lots of water and do pants exercise:rolleyes:
    or
have a good exercise day, drink loads of water and eat badly :o
    or
eat ok, exercise loads but don't drink enough water :p
    so why can't I....
eat well, exercise well and drink loads of water all on the same day???:rotfl: :rotfl:
That is my goal for this week :T :T

Bloomin' weather  I wonder if everyone who was complaining it was "too hot" recently is happy now? :p

Lainie hang in there! You have a great attitude to not dwell on it and just get straight back to it! :) Yes, TOTM can make a difference, up to 5lb for some women apparently!

Good luck with your goal for the week Lesley, keep us posted!

Ajax - I want to join the club of still having crushes at a totally inappropriate age :rotfl:

I've done my 5th evening in a row of an hour on the exercise bike tonight (plus 30 mins wii fit earlier), got a PB on 'distance'. I'm watching the TdF highlights programme while I do it, so I'll be cranking up the tension for a tougher workout when they get to the mountains ;) Aceness!

I'd really like to join this thread...is that ok? If I start today and post my weight loss by Weds morning will it be added to the chart?

I have 10 pounds to shift! Doesn't sound a lot but it's frustrating me so much!

Really happy to be able to get some support of all you guys :j

Did anyone else expect one of the knights to pop up and say "we are the knights that say Ni" during bonekickers ???

I'm reporting a massive STS this week lol I think it should have been a half pound loss but I didn't get to go for my wee before weigh in:rotfl:( because I had to be cashier) lmao:rotfl:.

Steps tally for yesterday was 9500 but I did do extra cycling, today was a bit less (7800) because of the interview I had to sit still for almost an hour:rolleyes: But I didn't wear the pedometer during my aerobic class tonight either.

Congrats to everyone that lost this week and those that maintained.
    Weight loss since 01/08/07 - 72 lbs:j
