Cried, cried and cried some more.

Moved his stuff into the spare room, but I want him out becasue I don't think I can be civilised enough in front of Joel.

Have had maybe an hours sleep - heart keeps racing and think I'm going to be sick.

I'm lost!

Oh delly, really feeling for you. He needs to move out - get your son and head out for hte day and tell him to head off to his mums with everything he needs for hte rest of the week. Then stay out of touch till at least sunday. He's got you up and down and all over the place, you need some calmness.

Delly - so sorry to hear - he has had you on an emotional roller coaster on his terms - so please please put you and Joel first now - he doesn't deserve any consideration at all.:A :A

In the times of my life when I have needed it, Kalms seem to help a lot. You can get them from health food shops and chemists, and they really help when you ae too strung out to slEep, and have that dread feeling in your tummy all the time. They are completely herbal so no worries.

I have lost 2lbs this week so am back to where I was....:A :A 10 days to our holiday in Crete so hopefully 2 or 3 more before we go.:D

Delly:( It's so awful to think of you going through this. I back everything others are saying. He now needs to go today as you're the one left holding the baby at this stage. I'm suprised his mum had suggestions given what she has been like in the past, so I'm relieved, even if it is just for today, that she has been supportive in some way. Take every scrap of support and practical help you can from where ever xx
