    I did yoga years ago and loved it. I couldn't get into the positions, but the teacher said it was the trying that was important. The end bit where you get cosy under the blanket and relax was great for 'losing yourself'.

    I wish I had known how gorgeous I was at 22 and realised that if I had the inner confidence I have now I would have been unstoppable! Maybe that's a good thing (that I didnt think that)!! lol
