Sorry for the lateness, I've been rather bold today. Well it started off bad and I was upset so didnt eat anything until nearly 4pm (I know how bad that was) then my friend called over tonight with KFC

I completely devoured it!!!! But am back to the new exercise class tomorrow after work

Promise to be on tomorrow evening hopefully around 9pm so will catch up with you all then, be good!!

  • thinking of you tagz.

had a pretty good weekend got tons of cleaning done and even had some quality time together. Went out for lovely meal on friday and i stayed good and everything. Having to have car serviced tomorrow which is a bit of a bind as i had it done back in march. I do a LOT of mileage.

Vix, if you wanna swap box you've got to give me your details! You've got till tomorrow night!

    Morning All

Very quick one, as I am just about to start a course on 'Interconnecting Network Devices' Part 2 in London too!! :-(

PLayed 20 mins of rugby on Saturday nothing special except I played on the wing instead of my usual postion of Prop  Its more a reflection of the lost weight and gained fitness I guess! Only touched the ball once, lord I was bored.

I haven't read the thread since Thursday to be fair, so apologises for missing out. I am posting a gain of 1.8lb  very annoyed at that dont know how or why as nothing changed last week eating wise, or so I thought obvoiusly.

anyways just time ot grab a coffee.

    BAck soon

Yay, 0.25lb loss to report! :D This is over 2 weeks because of refusing to accept the 5lb gain as an official weigh in last week ;)If I'd accepted it as a true gain I'd now be reporting a 5.25lb loss :rotfl:

Very relieved to say this brings me back within my comfortable zone, though I would still like to lose another 2-3lb so that I have some leeway :) The main thing is not to go back over again though :o

I've worked out a plan for the week and hoping to be able to post another loss next Monday!

Will catch up on posts now...

Vix I like Lewis :p but most of my friends who follow F1 are Kimi supporters like you! I missed the race yesterday.

Gym snob aka FFM, fair enough! I've not been inside a gym with a lot of lycra posing going on, that would amuse me. I can just imagine women with full-face make up and perfect hair, trying not to break a nail on the rowing machine :rotfl: Or was it the men doing the posing? ;)

Hello again KatyK good luck with your weigh loss, and also well done on not gaining over the past couple of years!

Ah Lois thanks for the pic, that explains it! I was thinking of the teapot completely inside the cup. Duh! :o

Hi Suggs hope the course goes OK, I can remember you doing the first part of that one I think. Is the rugby going to be a regular thing this season because I seem to remember you saying you were a bit undecided about it? I know exactly how you feel about having an undeserved gain  here's hoping it will even out for you next week :) Glad you're still around when all the other males seem to have deserted us!

Have a good week all, good luck with weigh ins!

lewis has had it too easy. Hes come straight in, woosh straight in their with a good team. I wanna see him go through a crap year when his car keeps blowing up ect.

Kimi is a fab driver, watched him for years now. Its just like football teams really, you support one and thats it! (my father will support anyone english and goes mental whenever i want hamilton to lose!)

Im looking up jobs at the mo, its so dull. Do i leave debenhams to have christmas off and avoid all the bullcrap, or do i get another job but risk loosing some of the best people ive ever worked with in my life ever? Its so tough. Or do i grow some balls and tell my boss that under no circumstances am i going to work 7am on boxing day.
Hope everyone is ok, im thinking of you tagz.

    Hi Suggs

If you were one of the girls, I'd say that it's probably something to do with your monthly cycle, which obviously isn't the case with you, however I imagine men experience natural fluctuations too? It's annoying, but don't let it get you down - it'll disappear in no time.
