  • welcome lyndsey! well done carol, little changes like that are important. I did something very good for wl but bad for mse today. I'd read abouth this amazing chocolate that was £2.99 a bar but the best thing ever - saw a bar in booths so got one. Tasted a couple of squares ( about a days syns worth i think), decided it wasn;t all that and BINNED IT. I know it was a waste of money but had i kept it, i would have DEFINATELY eaten it.

rather OT, but does anyone have any top tips for finding a new mobile - i know the handset i want because it will fit my car kit - a nokia 6230i. Trouble is it's waaaay out of date. Any tips for where to go?

:hello:Hiya Lynsey and welcome to the gang!

Great stuff Delly, love all the smileys :rotfl:I really hope things get better from here on x

Tomorrow I am having a personal shopper  It's for my brother's wedding but as you can imagine it's the last thing I want to do (I hate shopping) Oh well, at least it's quality time with my mum.
EDIT: really sorry to hear your news Beanie, hugs.

Not too bad, thanks Bails. Have had a red day on SW and eaten a mountain of fruit. If nothing else should lose a lot of p**. Are you intolerant of wheat or is it a way to cut down on carbs? (Did have one quite large biscuit, though :o )

Hello Lynsey, lots of clever people on here have lost loads of weight and will give you advice, support, encouragement and inspiration. And sometimes they make you laugh.

Delly --- I'm sure you're sexy now if you choose to be: sexy bods are not only the slim ones ..so I'm told. I don't really remember, at my age it's all in the dim and distant past obviously. ;)

    Great throwing KPC.

So sorry Beanie to hear about your friend. Can she have any treatment to improve things? Sorr if that's a daft question, I don't know anything about bone cancer.

Yeah, I'm wheat intolerant, it saps my energy so would make sense to give it a miss :rotfl:Was doing well, gradually reintroduced it and then just had too much again. Sounds like your day went well to me :T

I should think it's ideal if you don't like shopping. Don't they bring you just what you'll look best in whilst you just sit still? Where are you going?

Oh, I do hope so Granny. Thing is, I can find a sack all on my own. Sometimes I even cut eyeholes in them.

Armholes work well too. Maybe they'll have sacks in different shades of hessian, have you considered that?
