  • Groovy cake granny ,thanks.
Trying to be restrained with food intake today, though tiredness makes me want to eat more. So far resisted going out to purchase biscuits. Roast lamb in the remoska is sizzling:j .

Missy - good luck with the op tomorrow. Hope all goes to plan and look forward to hearing from you when you are recuperating at home

    Evening all

Bloomin' weather! Yesterday was gorgeous, so I made the most of the sunshine out in the garden and left three loads of washing until today, and it's been like we're in the middle of a very low cloud and raining on and off all day, so the house is like a laundry with wet washing everywhere!

BB - your birthday walk and picnic sounds lovely, glad you had a good day.

Bails - I won't be available for the meet during the first two weeks in October (I've got plans ;)).

Missy - all the best for the op.
    Suggs - I hope you survived the 10k. :T

    Have a good week!

I tried my best and plodded away. I kept going, I did not stop or walk, save a few yards at the 5km water station. There was more inclines than I thought and hoped and I ran the first 3k with MrsSuggs, all in all a time of 64mins :j MrsSuggs been 5min 40secs behind :j Very happy with that. Thank you for your support and encouragement :) Add to that I finished the decking yesterday and MrsS son coming off his moped and its been a busy weekend :)

Belated birthday wishes BB, sorry I missed it, I would blame the forum been down as a reason :) Glad to see you had a lovely day. Delly get your coat love, and some cooling yoghurt for the soreness ;)

Missy I hope and trust all goes well for tomorrow, Take care of yourself

yay! OH did it! event has more than paid for itself, client over the moon, rebooked for next year.

Howling with laughter at Delly's comment. Very naughty indeed. Given how worn out suggs will be that could finish him off entirely.
  • th_thewinnerissmilie.gifMr & Mrs Suggs. Fantastic achievement, well done:T.
    KPC - hurrah and thrice hurrah:j . That's a real boost.
How are you doing beanie - you've been quiet since your birthday and I know you felt a bit low key after?
Suggs - assume SS is ok. I came off my moped when young and it shakes you up. Worlds biggest bruise but fortunately nothing worse.
