Lose Weight 22

Hi all, seriously annoyed this morning, a gain of 1.1lb, which is exactly what I lost last week, so a whole fortnight wasted!!
Slightly happier now, was a bit worried when I got home to find my electric bill on the mat, I was shocked at the figure of £46.12 until I read that is what they owe me!!:D So hurrah for monthly payments!

KPC: Well, Bat and trap is a group game. You basically have a trap, you wack your bat on the trap, the ball shoots up and you have to hit it between two poles. If the ball goes outside the two poles your out, if it goes through the team who are bowling have to bowl the ball up to your trap. There is a square box they have to hit and if they do youre out. If they miss you get a point for your team. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bat_and_trap Bit of wiki on it, although they explain it like its cricket where its !!!!!! all like it really, just based on a similar principle. I didnt manage to hit the ball between the two poles on both occasions, nore did i get anywhere near hitting the trap!

Lynsey: Hey and welcome! the previous 65 pages on here are mostly random chat ha! Were going through a phase of not talking much about weight loss, but if you ever need motivation, help and avice then we are here lots! The others are all fabulous weight loosers who give good encouragement. I on the other hand have only lost 1lb so im really not the best person to ask anything about apart from bra fitting!

First day has gone surprisingly well so far - despite not getting home for lunch til 4pm I managed not to eat wheat :j It's not easy but I'm trying hard with my meds and everything. Fingers crossed I can keep it up. How are you getting on Granny, hope the first day back didn't scupper things?

ding - dong the witch is gone!

She flew of to Oz today and sent OH a "farewell" e-mail to apologise for any hurt she'd done to him and his family, but I think it was just as much about rubbing his poor trapped nose in her freedom and adventure of a lifetime....

Here's hoping that we can put this past 2 weeks behind us and move forward...

and of course, lose lots of weight, get my sexy bod back and play scrabble lots and lots (optimistic - don't you think)

Are you sure that was emphatic enough at the beginning Delly :rotfl:, personally I think you will get yourself looking super in no time and Mr Delly will be grovelling at your feet!

Delly - that is great news!! Hope the next few weeks are much happier than the last few.

I've been very good today, i went into town to see friends, but had a salad for lunch (no dressing) and a skinny latte instead of a regular one I'm slowing managing to change my eating habits.

I wanna go out, but at the same time i dont want to go out. I know if i do go out that i wont be on top form tomorrow and i need to get matts present and make him biscuits - one thing i havent done since i was about 14 and i put 7oz of salt in them instead of sugar, much to my fathers pleasure

Anyone been to matalan of late? they do jeff banks men in there, totally nice stuff!
