Good Morning All
(((hugs))) to Smokey, Betheebee, Candygirl and anyone else who needs one.
Bit overcast here this morning but the weather forcast says dry with sunny spells till late this afternoon. Am off to London today with DD, she has an appointment with her consultant to discuss the results of her last scan and what can be done. Think he may mention an operation which will have DD in a complete panic. Luckily the appointment is after 11 so we can get cheap prices on our travel cards. Will go somewhere nice for lunch, probably in Leicester Square or maybe Oxford Street - will remind her to take her pocket money which she has been saving.
So no OS here, not even doing any washing as there is a large spider in the cupboard where the washing basket is. It only comes out when OH is at work and as soon as he comes home to remove it it disappears. It crawled out yesterday when I was sorting the washing and gave me a real fright. Pathetic I know to be so petrified of something so small but I cant help it.
Well I am waffling this morning so best be off to finish my coffee.
Have a great day.

Good morning everyone. Lovely and sunny here at the moment so fingers crossed that it lasts.
(((Hugs))) to Smoky, PenPin, Jayward, Mrs Mix, Beth and her DBs, Candygirl and her Dad and all who need them.
Churchmouse - :hello: :hello: :hello: Glad you're feeling better now.
Donny - I was early 40s when I had to admit that what I was kidding myself were cool blonde streaks in my mousey brown hair were really grey ones! I've been hitting the bottle ever since and even my Mum was fooled. When I told her the other day that I am trying to save colouring it until nearer DS2's wedding, she said 'I thought that was your original colour!' It hasn't been 'original' for about fifteen years! Sounds very warm there at the moment; whenever I've been in Spain I've loved watching the sunrise early in the morning. There's something really magical about Spanish sun!
N9eav - I installed AVG 8.0 (the freebie) at the weekend - it took ages!
Well, today's plan is to get my weekend bag packed ready for the hen do tomorrow. I hope I can get everything in one holdall because it's not just clothes and going out stuff, but swimming and gym gear, too, for all the activities there! I'm going to check the weather forecast in a minute but, even if it rains, we have the indoor swimming pool and other things and I am more than happy to sit and read for hours! We aren't leaving until 3.30pm tomorrow so I've plenty of time to get ready.
Well, now it looks like rain! The sun's gone in and the sky has gone a very British shade of grey. You aren't missing much, Donny!
Well, I'm going to have quick mooch around here then have a shower and some brekkie so I'll see you all later. Hope everyone has a good day.

Essex-Girl - good luck to DD today. I sympathise with you about the spider; I'd make sorting out the laundry your DH's job every day until it's been disposed of!KNIT YOUR SQUARE TOTALS:

Don't know what it is but I seem to be getting later and later in the mornings! I'm sooooo tired!!!!
Only two weeks and a bit until the end of term so I guess that has something to do with it........and doing what I'm doing now is definitely not as bad as it used to be at this time of year when I was a classroom teacher, so a special good morning to all those classroomers who are counting 'get-ups' until the end of term! I remember it well, and I don't envy you!
OH still seems to be improving - has been to the doc again and is taking his meds. He's also trying to sort his eratic sleep pattern and do some work....there is a way to go, but at last he seems to want to get better.
Hugs to all those in need, and have a good day everyone.

Beth - (((Hugs))) to you and your DB2 and your DD. You have a lot to carry on your shoulders at the moment. Have a good day in Taunton; you deserve it.
RedRuby - good luck to DH with his driving test! It will be nice for you to be driven around, won't it? I've been driving for years now; I passed when it was just one practical test and the roads were a lot quieter. I would not want to have to take it now with all the add-on tests and the heavy traffic. I'm not sure I'd pass!

Dazi,
I love Arundel too, we often walk there across the fields, the Black Rabbit is a lovely pub, garden goes right up to the river, and you can sit and watch the boats / swans drifting by,but the food is TERRIBLE, it has got worse and worse, and its now processed c**p, so we only ever go for a drink. I am very close to Bognor, will give your DD a wave as I pass, hope the baby is ok.
Smoky, you are doing fantastically, don't beat yourself up, it will take a while xx0 -

Morning, quick post before I go and shower and then chase Miss Twit off to school. She breaks up tomorrow  so at least that is one less job for next week.
Work again today, although it's looking like my colleague who is off sick, might be returning in a couple of weeks, I do hope so, then I can go back to just doing my few hours and I might manage to play golf again. Mr Twit is hoping I might manage some housework.....ha..... :rotfl:
Candygirl, moan all you want, that's why we are here.
Good luck to all those who are Ofsteding at the moment.
Hugs to Smoky, Beth, PenPin, Annie, Dazi & Jayward.

Not much rain here yesterday, really could use some but it just drizzled. Watched a really bizarre programme yesterday about men who worship muscley women. Anyone else see it?
HUGS TO JAYWARD, CANDYGIRL AND HER DAD, BETHEEBEE AND YOUR DB'S, SMOKEY AND ANYONE I'VE MISSED.
Meeting a friend of mine for coffee this morning, then I need to pop to lidl. More reading after that. Will go to the allotment when DS is at karate, hopefully he won't mess around this week. Have told if if he does we will stop him going for a while.
Studying later. Might do soup for tea or HM pizza as OH is on a late. Off to call the dr for an appointment.
Have a good day all.

Essex Girl you have my sympathies about spiders, horrible fast moving things that they are. I tried not to pass on my phobia of them to my 2 sons but the youngest, who is now 22, is just as terrified of them as I am!!
Well, the good news is that DIL has now had a letter from the hospital confirming that she is definitely going in for an elected c-section next Wednesday, big sigh of relief all round. So this time next week I will be all soppy and broody (no chance!!) and will be a happy nanny of 2 grandchildren instead of 1!!!!
Poor Murray, he was so outclassed, but at least it was expected. Give it a couple of years and I think he will give Nadal a good run for his money, there's only a years difference in their ages.
At work all day today so something nice and easy for dinner tonight sausages jacket pots and baked beans.
(((Hugs))) to all those who are down, ill or just feeling yucky0 -

Lots of (((hugs))) needed today especially for anniestar, smokybabe, Essex-girl's DD, Betheebee and family, Candygirl and parents, and anyone I've forgotten. It isn't deliberate.
Job No 2 today. No idea whether I will be busy or not. Hope it's quiet as I could do with finishing early today.
Not much happening here so I will go and dry my hair before I resemble Worzel Gummidge. No comments needed, Aussie.
I have 2 tickets for Sunday's O2 Wireless festival in Hyde Park (well I have just missed the delivery of them but will have them by lunchtime. ). I won't be able to go so if anyone is interested, PM me.
Have a thrilling Thursday. xx"Bad planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part."
