Newcastle M&S had several £8+ chickens first thing this morning.

I got:

The chicken £8.76
The roasted winter veg
The choc fudge cake
Cava Brut Wine

In the oven as we speak....

got three two chickens and just had gammon, i got the swiss choc £7.99
instead of wine, having fudge cake soon

Got £7.38 chicken, Cava, Basil and tomato potatoes and Sticky Toffee pudding mmmmmmmm. Asked re chocolates and large chucks but nothing according to SA's :rolleyes: . Still saved approx £8

Got 2 large chickens (£9.13 and £9.15) and went through self serve. Went through as part of the deal. Whats the crack with the chocolates as I have shed loads of wine as I don't drink. No chocolates anywhere near the deals in my M&S. Wonder if they exchange :rolleyes:

They were just putting them onto the wine display stand so I asked the assistant (I got the Belgian ones last week) and they said these were instead of the Cava which had run out:j
