The medium chickens vary in size and some are a good weight, worth a search for a bigger one.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

Mrs_Optimist wrote: »Just a "heads up" on the M&S meal deal. When I last bought one it included a whole chicken in the deal. I noticed when browsing around the store however that their ordinary Oak Farm Free Range chickens were reduced to £3 each (from an average of £10 each) because they were not selling due to the chickens included in the meal deal (which were smaller in size anyway). The same with desserts. Because of the rush to buy the desserts included within the meal deal their other desserts, which were not included, were not selling. I bought 3 profiterole stacks that hadn't sold for 50p each. It may be worthwhile looking for some reduced bargains as well as the usual meal deal as the popularity of the meal deal has a knock on effect for other items in the store. I still have 2 of the chickens in the freezer (you could say I filled my boots!). This was in the Exeter store.0
