You don't see anything happen, it just magically takes one. But you could need to press another button. On my laptop, Prt Sc is written in blue. Which means I have to hold down a button with Fn written in blue bottom left of keyboard first to activate other blue buttons.

Have a few goes and see if u can paste something into word maybe.
