I have just emailed, I thought the quicker I do it I guess the quicker it will be sorted out. I already have all 5 downloads so far so really don't want anymore, this is turning into the farce like the VV vouchers.

I emailed Dave Lewis this morning (thanks Toniq) - basically along the lines of what I put on the Impulse Helpline.

I also got a reply this morning from The Impulse Team (at Lounge Room) saying that they were very sorry for the mishap and had escalated my complaint up to Impulse/Unilever.

I think everyone should get in their fourpenneth to stake their claim if they are affected, as we all want to be sorted out and recompensed in the same way.

I think I must let you know how dissapointed to hear that the 'romance' that was on its way was an MP3 download. Whether or not your site was having technical difficulties your email implied I had won an actual prize and that it was 'on its way' to me. Whilst I appreciate that technical difficulties happen your email suggested something that you are obviously not prepared to deliver and as such a big company I felt I had to express my dissatisfaction.

Am I being cynical in thinking that you've got cat in hell's chance of a prize if you put "never" as how often you use Impulse?

The 1st time I did this I put some answers in those 'which do you use' question, now I just leave them & don't answer them at all.

Well earlier I got a 'congratulations' message sayiung to watch my email, but haven't received any email - was there anything I needed to do in the email I've missed? Or will they send me my prize without any involvement from me?
