don't give up... i reckon i sent about 10 emails to them, mainly to the ceo dave lewis, but he didn't even bother replying :mad: .. finally he got one of his minions to reply bk yday to say a voucher was on the way.. anyhow keep emailing the ceo...

seems like it lol. i entered this so many times but it was really handy today as i was really upset with a fake buyer on ebay who won my car. i now have to go through all the hassle of reselling and claiming my fees back

i was there too. it was lovey at the top of the eye london looks better in the dark. all to champage that you could drink. think after the reception fall of chapagne plus another bottle with was better, i got a pit tipsy on the way back to the hotal. lol thanks sparky

Hi guys,


Update on the Impluse win...


I emailed them, and they got back to me saying it had been delivered and signed for at my address :eek: I asked who signed for it and it was someone with a completely different surname :eek: :eek: Explained all this, and its took them days to sort it out, delivery company are insisting they delivered it to my address. Impluse has now offered to replace it, but thats it. No apology, no explanation, I don't really feel this is good enough. I feel totally stressed out and am totally disappointed. I mean, if I accept the replacement who's to say I'll actually get it?

*sighs*

Can anyone offer any advice?
