I had to email my order too, they don't send out the free desserts it says you get free with your 1st order either. I think thery were hoping everyone would spend over the voucher amount... I probably would of if they'd accept my card
Thanks to everyone that posts :T:money:
  • I haven't looked yet, what cards do they accept? If needs be I'll borrow a relatives card to order from so hopefully will get the discounts then.

Well on their website it says they accept visa, delta, mastercard, maesto, american express but it wouldn't let me use a visa or maestro  I think it may just be a general problem with using vouchers on the website. I don't think any other discount or freebie can be added on if a gift voucher is used either.... seems like a total faff to me. If I give my others as presents its going to be a right pain explaining to everyone how to order :rotfl:

The food looks really nice though so hopefully it will be worth it :D

The desserts aren't big. The cheesecakes we got are about 4.5cm deep, 7cm long, 5cm wide

The tarte Tatin are a bit bigger, 10cm across by about 3cm deep

I wasn't expecting them to be huge though because its gourmet. I will let everyone know what the food is like later, were doing it for our tea :p:D

Just got back from our wonderful weekend in London courtesy of Impulse - had a great time. It was great to get our own capsule on the eye as the last time we went it was ruined by some idiots unable to control their riotus kids! Plus I must have drunk about 2 bottles of champagne! The hotel was awesome too, this morning's breakfast should be enough to last me a few days!

So a HUGE thank you to Sparky for letting us all know about this competition!
