They called me back eventually, i had a right faff with it all lol. The vouchers can only be used on the website if you're spending over the £50... I was spending over £50 but apparantly it wouldn't work because they don't accept visa debit so I had to explain that I don't have any other card which I can use so won't be able to use the voucher unless the order is under the £50... I had to email him the order in the end so will just have to wait and see if it turns up

Hope yours arrives soon, I kept missing delivery of mine because they were delivering in the afternoon, they never left a card either and told me if I hadn't been in on the third attempt it would of been returned :mad:. If you don't get it I don't mind sending you a banquet in a box voucher as I won 3.

well i hope u get your order,its really weird that they don't take visa debit...

Yeah mine were handwritten too, the champagnes i got have Cheurlin Dangin wriiten on the bottle (think they are cheaper than the we were meant to get)
