This is what they wrote back after sending my letter of complaint,

" Unfortunately their was an error on that day that meant everyone who won an mp3 track download got an error message on the Impulse website and then received the you’ve won email without any details of what you had won.

Apologies for the confusion this has caused, we have passed your complaint onto Unilever Careline who can be contacted on 0800 085 2639"

Do u have a button on ur keyboard that says Prt Sc? Cuz thats a shotcut for print screen. Then you would right click and paste it. Let us know what you got

yes i do have that button but when pressed nothing happens do i need to hold ctrl or something??? so stupid with things like this

Click print screen and then open the paint program on your computer and then click on edit then paste, then file, then save as, and put it on your desktop or somewhere safe
