If anyone's emailing can they please ask where my freaking Cupids Capsule tickets are?? It said someone would phone me and I have heard nothing. I also emailed twice and have received no response.

I too got the same email as everyone else seems to have I am gutted, I have won 5 downloads so far & as others said it doesn't go through to emails like that did. I want to email back but don't know if it will do any good.

pms, its seriously worth emailing, as if they have enough pressure on them from disgruntled players, they might change their mind, what they done was very unfair, and the fact they ignored us makes it even worse, they havent responded to me after i fired off emails to md of lunge room ( comp promoter) and unilever.
Im sure they will respond as the emails demanded a response.

The issue we complained about was that we got winning emails on tuesday with no mention of what we won xxx
