Please forward details of head office and ceo to me, im disgusted at the run around ive had, the mps download prize?!!??! shows up on the actual site when you win one, it doesnt go to your email.
The way people have been dealt with on this matter is disgraceful.
I will take this matter further as the customer service of your company is greatly lacking what it should be.

I've just asked for the head office details and said that the MP3 prize always shows up online.

Im beyond caring if i get a prize on this, im just outraged at run around, only because i threatened a serious complaint they sent us emails. Otherwise we would be sitting here all year wondering xxx

Exactly! Then they try and keep everyone sweet by saying 'oooh here's an MP3' when it would have been so much simpler in the first place to say 'sorry, there was a mistake'! x

Sorry all of you have been left disappointed, I would have phoned and complained myself but I never 'won' when the site went wonky.

They haven't dealt with this very well at all, I hope you all manage to get a good result in the end. I'm off to Bruges in the morning and won't be back until Monday evening, I hope to see lots more winners and hopefully see that they backtrack and give you a better consolation prize than they have offered at the moment.
