Goodness me go shopping for a few hours & come back to pages n pages! Sorry someones been sanctominous (PM me the details someone I hate to miss the goss!!) but at least our Weezl's "house" can be a place of safety where no question (ie how do you make simple yog!!) is simple or met with bruising retort!
I'm wondering if I should start a fan club for you Weezl cos youre getting quite a following!! Lol re the pigg teeth! Just think when youre famous I ca say I have the priveledge of knowing you & Mr Weezl and I'll get to come to no 10 when shes PM. How cool is that!!
Mum said you should make a necklace too!! Do wonder if they should be fished out of the bin as a momento of a special day?!! Could they be? I could do sommat crafty with them and it would be an honour in rememberance of wee piggy who has done so well? Too mad?!! :D (surely not?!!)
Thanks for the linkies re yog and suggestions all of you lovely people. I do wonder if my standards too high - its like yog but so thin that you really could only drink it lol! Am going to try again later but with new starter (rachels organic) and milk...maybe it was too warm. The baffle was the right way up and water to right height so only thing I can think of its too hot? Third time lucky! Wish me luck!
Also going to have a go at the olive soap shaz!! Two lots of good luck needed! My book didnt arrive so will have to wait till next week for that! :(
Have fun with teh wii A!! Good to hear no illegal substances going on!! Hello C - I think you sounded as I expected you to sound...not plumby or posh - just well spoken maybe? Is that what you meant Weezl? Regardess youre lovely & we think youre fab just how you are! WOuld def me interested re the cost of utilities as theyve just put mine up to 77!! May look at switching again & getting a capped tarrif. Anyone in the know got any thoughts?

Ceridwen you've done lots of thinking about fuel prices too haven't you, can you help with this idea that Lesley's raised? I'm guessing your cooker is electic if you're doing away with gas after 01/09/08.:D

    Love Weezl x

I dont know that I qualify as having done "lots" of thinking on fuel prices our Weezl;) - some bits I guess:D Kittie beats me hands down as someone who seems to have worked out the "A-Z of Fuelsaving" (of course - being me - I have been encouraging her to start up a blog:D ). I reckon she is our resident expert on this subject:D .I have put a recent post on my blog re the electric usage of some appliances - which might help summat. I was wondering myself whether to contact either my outgoing or incoming fuel company to see if they produce a fuel usage leaflet too. The bits on my blog are a bit limited - but the best I could find. I have a fuel usage leaflet from way back days (before it all got privatised:mad: ) - but, as you can imagine, its a bit oldfashioned by now. Perhaps fuel companies do up-to-date ones (ie not a lotta us have those bar type electric fires any more on t'one hand - but there's now halogen heaters around - and of course the majority of people now have home computers and these fancier type of tv's that are around now can use a lot more fuel than the more standard type oldfashioned one like I have and am debating just plain throwing, never mind replacing).

You are right my cooker is electric and I certainly made sure that when it had to be replaced recently that I bought an "A" rated one. The gas usage in my house is for central heating/hotwater heating (except my electric shower) and my gas sitting room fire. I know I am destined to go into "Fuel Poverty Territory" when my price fix I have just agreed ends at end August 2009. So - The Big Switch Off on 1 Sept 2009 will mean my central heating will stop working (unless and until gas prices go back down to reasonable level again - or I can figure out exactly what I need to do to convert my house to alternative energy - and get a hefty grant from the Government towards paying for it).

(I'll forgive 'ee our Weezl re the voice comment - I knows yer didnt mean it like that lass:D . Being very M.S.E. before the event - I did enquire re making money from recording adverts for radio stations - oh whoops, think I need to say a few Hail Marys re that - as I dont approve of advertising basically. Result - I got told it would be a "licence to print money" if I got it up and running - but I would have to take the gamble of buying some rather expensive equipment to DIY it and no guarantees of work at the end of it. Dont think it would'a worked out somehows - as every single advertreader/presenter/etc on my local independent radio station talks with the local accent - so thats obviously what they want:cool: ):rotfl: :rotfl:

Check this out, Twink is thinking of compiling a cookbook, between her hobnobs and your lentil pate it would be a best seller!

Hmmmm......well there's room for 2 here methinks. As in a general cookbook with a recipe or two each by M.S.E. habitues - done for charity.

Then - also - a personal one of her own by our Weezl - just her own like:D Our Weezl is a star in her own right:T

There...y'see Weezl....even our outspoken ceridwen can (sometimes/very occasionally) be diplomatic. I'm trying to take a leaf out of your book (er...and the rest of the book too;) ).

phizzimum - Still going strong although Im kinda sad the cooking has come to an end ( til the roast-ing) gave up on the wii fairly swiftly as it wouldn't let me win. Trying to do a 15min brawl (super smash bros) but I can't get past 7 mins....but I will.

Managed to fit that trip to Mr A in, got more than I meant to, but its all stuff I needed for my meal plan shenanigans, thought this would end the hours of 'what do you want for tea? I don't know what do you want? I asked first.' which seem to occured in our home. I think the next plan is to inventory fridge, freezer and store box, will probably make future meal planning much easier if I actually know what I've got in.

Re - piccis, I think I could get them from a cd to my puter, so 2mr at work I'll ask someone really nicely to help....maybe even give me a few pointers with what to do on here.

Shaz - I used you lemon cake recipe from the index for my muffins ( ease of transport) and they are up there with the yummiest buns I've made! Ta muchly
