I managed to finish my marking late last night :dance: :dance: Still lots of things to do, but that's one thing off my mind. Report to write today. Collaborator data to finish, but I can't do that until the machines are back on-line.

Barbeque chicken for tea (well, if Oh hasn't turned the SC off again - he does this all the time for some reason. I don't think he quite understands the idea of cooking it for a long time )

It's a bit overcast here, looks like there could be rain, but I'm going to have to take the chance and wash a load of bedclothes anyway as the forecast is to get worse rather than better as the week progresses.

While the washing is doing its whirly birly business I shall continue my job hunting quest. I have an enormously long application form to fill out, which always takes ages. Over here in NI the trend with employers is for applicants to fill out forms rather than just send a CV and letter. It takes FOREVER to apply for lots of jobs as I am doing, but needs must, it's scary not knowing when my next pay packet is going to be in.

Morning all
lovely sunny day here in Essex kids have got to school ok but I think loads will be late as the A13 is shut between Stanford-Le_Hope and Basildon so local roads are a nightmare
Need to phone 1st choice to cancel our holiday and they are saying i need to pay the rest of the deposit £450 so thank you very much for your understanding not to them wont use them again
still we have found a lodge for the week with Hoseasons in Derbyshire instead that my mum is paying for as she said we need the break there prices are really reasonable £350 for a 3 bed next Easter

Grey day but warm and no rain..........so far.
Oldest lad at work, younger one at school till lunchtime so I have some 'me' time and can catch up on things in between having to go through whole new lot of paperwork involving new arrival !
