BM started smoking so turned it off with 45 mins to go, it looks like some flour was on the rings that heat up. So mixture in a loaf tin and through it in the oven at 180 don't know if it will turn out ok or not.

Dishes all done and hubby should be back in the town shortly so i'm gonna go and fold more clothes.

Annelouise i don't know how you do it, all that in one day that would be me for the week.:rotfl:

Well, a bit of a lazy but productive day. Ended up making myself a wonderful spinach and baked egg concoction with roasted tomatoes for brunch. A sort of egg florentine but without the sauce. I shall remember that one and do it again. I also, at the request of DiL, put a malted granary loaf in the bread maker (I usually only make rapid white....). DiL is out at the moment and DS and DD (who popped in - v. hungover from a party last night!) have already demolished over half of it - it must be good! I've told them to lay off now so DiL can try some when she gets home.

I have now got 15 things up on ebay. Two of the five items I put up yesterday already have bids which is lovely as they won't finish until next Saturday - I'm hoping for a bidding war... It always takes me so long though - I like to do a bit of research on my old postcards first - compare with google earth etc. etc. and usually end up engrossed in something totally unrelated!

The rain stopped for a while this afternoon so I got another two lines of washing out. Most of its dry - just brought the last few bits in as it's started to rain again. I'll put them on the airer and get the iron out for the dry stuff.. Chook's in the oven roasting, just need to prep the veg. I've decided I will go to work tomorrow and contemplate having next Monday off instead.

I stuck the washing out this afternoon and luckily it dried. About 10 minutes later we had thunder and the heavens opened!
