    Morning all

Only day 2 of my august GC -but 2 days of NSs :rotfl: im planning on getting as close to Friday before i venture to the shops.... can't think of anything i should need before then ..but you never know :p but it means i can put this weeks €20 on one side for any "super whoopsies" ;)
I have sorted out this months meal plan -at bloomin last, you would have thought i was trying to explain the thory of relativity :o ....and after all that we have the following for this week-in no particular order:-
    1. [strike]roast chicken dinner[/strike] -yesterday
    2. jacket potato, cottage cheese and salad
    3. *goats cheese salad and steamed potatoes
    4. thai chicken curry, rice and HM naan
    5. *tuna mayo wraps(HM), salad and HM coleslaw
    6. *[strike]chicken pasta salad [/strike]-just done for today ;)
    7. Mexican bean burgers, HM wedges and salad
The first 3 will appear every week of me n hubby get withdrawl symptoms :rotfl: and the ones with * are what hubby will take for lunches too, so i only had to come up with 2 other alternatives this week ;)

I have just stripped off yesterdays chicken.. got the other breast sliced for a dinner, the 2 leg/thigh/drumstick joints frozen and each one stripped off will do us wraps, the rest of the meat has gone into the pasta salad -there was loads, and the bones are making stock, have loads of parsnips roasting at the moment and im going to turn them into soup later -for me as hubby doesn't like parsnips...
So i think thats me about done for today... so im off to x stitch soon...
All the special offer leaflets arrived again this morning... they are very dangerous you find yourself thinking "hmmm i could use that/those" -but as i have loads in i am being verrrry restrained and not being seduced by them :A :rotfl:

right i will get off..hope everyone has a great day..its sooooo hot here its awful...still its ripening the tomatoes :T
hugs to all those in need:D

    Morning,

I am envious of you who can all compare supermarkets and go to Asda, Morry's, Aldi etc. I have said it before and I will say it again, it is so much harder when there is only a wee Tesco, Lidl or the Coop. I am trying to automatically shut out any mention of all these cheap deals so I don't end up screaming lol

I'm so with you on this one. But we don't even have a small Tesco or Lidl. Hurrah for the Co-Op. Thanks for the welcome by the way:beer:

well done to everyone whos saved pennies this month and hugs to those that havent

I will be honest I havent a clue how much Ive spent this month, I know I did an asda shop which came in at £47.74 and Ive bought milk a couple of times so Im going to guess my total at £60 I know I havent spent quite this much but I dont know how much less than this it would be.

Kinda all went to pot with the tallying after being up at my parents for a week for a family wedding and being poorly for a week so not buying ( or hardly eating) but next months a fresh start :)
