  • Glad you had a nice christmas. The Kinect would be good in my case would work off some of the chocolate I've been eating.

Could you tell me how and what you make the warm gloop for your chickens ? I have 4 chickens and have read you can give them warm porridge. Is it porridge that you make?

    Enjoy your new lap top.

Hi Beanie, hope you had a good one. Sorry think I had a typo, Morris the Mazda is OHs new 4x4 pickup (new to us) and I've got Larry the lappy.

Mrs MP I made chicken gloop by heating up apple peeling and cores, sprout leaves, peelings and some stale bread with a bit of water and then when cooked I put a handful of oats in. I made enough for 2 servings as I only have 4 chooks. Hope to get some more in summer. If you are organised you can put it all in the slow cooker.

Not managed a walk yet but have hoovered, made lunch and done some washing. The internet on the lappy keeps fading out which is very annoying and I don't know why. Currently watching David Tennant as Dr Who, Phwoooooaaaar.
