Managed to get 2 reduced chickens and 2 large packs of mince, which I've split into 2 and frozen. Collected DS2 and not got much further. Got a lasagne and crumble out of the freezer for tea tomorrow night. Having broccoli bake and pavlova for tea tonight. Really must get going again.

OK Beanie, specially for you
Chicken and Broccoli bake (freezes well)
4lb chicken (or chicken boobs) cooked and stripped
2lb broccoli (I normally use frozen but have used fresh)
2oz butter
2oz p flour
1 tablespoon curry powder
7oz tin evaporated milk
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp lemon juice
2oz cheddar grated
4 rounded tbsp breadcrumbs
1 pint chicken stock
Cook broccoli until just tender. Drain and put into ovenproof dish. Put the cooked chicken on top of broccoli. Melt butter, stir in flour and curry powder. Stir in 1 pint of chicken stock, stir until thick and nearly boiling. Remove from heat add evaporated milk, mayo, lemon juice and cheese, stirring until the cheese has melted. Pour the sauce over the chicken and sprinkle on the breadcrumbs. Bake in a hot oven 190 C. Enjoy.
Had a hard day at work with lots of annoying things happening that take forever to sort out and leaves you feeling like you've achieved nothing. Anyway tomorrows another day.
Got ebay to sort out with the VAT increase but not sure how much our suppliers are going to charge so a bit in the dark at the mo. Have started taking the energy tablets to make sure I don't start to flag.Total Debt Dec 07 £59875.83 Overdrafts £2900,New Debt Figure ZERO !!!!!!:j 08/06/2013

A better day today, work wise. The journey in was horrendous as it had rained the evening and then frozen solid, no gritters. I was driving Morris and it was still skidding all over, very cautious driving home.
Forgive me DFWs for I have sinned. I have paid £550 off the Christmas card debt and still have some outstanding. This is new debt. Confession number 2, tomorrow I am going for a consultation (already paid for) about getting my eyes lasered. Not sure if I'll proceed as we have purchased Morris and that needs paying for. In my defence this has been booked since October. The final confession, have purchased tickets to see Peter Kay on the 14th of Feb. Please forgive me.
