I've got lots of ironing too - I'll send it over, as I am sure you won't notice a bit extra!

Trouble is the engine light has been coming on and we have decided to adopt the ostrich on that one.

Just done the car insurance and have gone with the previous firm but have got them to give us a better quote. Even quidco with cashback couldn't touch them.

I was meaning to look at the bingo sites but ended up doing that. Still its a job less. Had DD2s parents evening it was very good. Got DS2s on Wednesday night. OH is going to a meeting at DS1s school about work experience on the same night.

Horses are looking well if slightly damp. Found a spot the old boy can't seem to itch and the look of pure joy when I get my nails stuck in. He tries to wrap his neck round me so i can't walk off and leave him mid itch. Mine is like a house side he needs some serious exercise!

Hoping to have a week of early nights but DS1 has gone to Young Farmers and will need collecting later. OH is doing that one as I said I would do scouts tomorrow night. Got the beginnings of a headache so i will shuffle off shortly.

Hi lucielle - our engine management light last year was telling us we had a £600 problem to be fixed - we too ignored it and ended up having to write off the car this year. But that was also due to me wrecking the streeing column another £600 and the suspension being on the way out... Keep an eye on it.

glad you got a good deal on the insurance.

if you've not done bingo before perhaps try bingoport as you can redeem amazon vouchers - no money is involved - just time and typing! If you pm me I can explain more....

Thanks SH. Have had a look at bingoport but it had me completely baffled. I am not 'up' on the lingo for a start. However the amazon vouchers would be great as DD1 is a real bookworm and is moaning that she has nothing to read at the mo.

Hi Luc - hope the headache clears. Well done to DD for her parents evening.

My mare refused to come out of her stable today because the barn had flooded and the floor outside the stable was wet - she doesnt believe in getting her feet wet!
