Another £122 winging its way off the debt total. Both DS' have disappeared off to the farm, so they were up bright and early. Going to check the nags and drop a birthday pressie off. Going to have an early lunch and then call in at Matalan en route to the hospital. OHs last night of nights, he will be glad to be finished as it has been a long week for him.
He went to the docs last night about his hip, they have recommended strong painkillers and have put him down for some physio. Got lots of yummy cleaning up to do.

hope cleaning went okay. I think the lunch and matalan is more my thing tho!
Hope OH's hip improves - sounds extremely painful!
Well done on the debt repayment too!
My DS has been invited to a fairy birthday party tomorrow - he is supposed to be fairylike - ideally with fairy wings!!!! I am looking forward to taking that picture! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I have suggested he wears jeans and a shirt - and that I perhaps get some glitter body spray and spray him.....!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Not til Dec 11th as it will be 2yrs then.
Apparently sister is boiling because I haven't phoned and to be honest I really don't feel like phoning to listen to her rant and rave. I accept that DD2 did something very wrong and punishment has been dealt, however this is probably not the way she wanted it dealt with. She has been sending texts about stuff that happened last year and no doubt stuff that I did wrong as an embryo! Really can't be bothered any more. Normally I would roll over and die and let her get on with it. This time on top of everything else that has happened with DS1 I just don't need the hassel. Hope you all have a good weekend.

Hi lucielle - I would ignore your sister and just get on with enjoying life.... That's what I do with mine. Mine might not criticise me over my kids but they do plenty of other things wrong....Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Iwas naughty yesterday and spent far too much in Matalan. DS1 got 2 new tops, (honestly he has arms like an orangutan). DD1 got some new jeans, (she has legs like a giraffe) bras and socks. DS2 got a new top and DD1 got a new outfit for tonight. I also got a new top. We did have lunch at home.
DS1 has had part of his brace removed and repositioned we are back again on the 9th of November. They ran some sensitivity tests on his teeth which seemed to be ok. They did say there was still time for them to die off and we aren't out of the woods yet.

Hope you have a good weekend, sounds like you could do with it. Hope the sister episode passes off quickly I know what you mean as I always end up feeling the guilty one. The span across the irish sea helps now as we get on better living away from one another:rotfl:

We are back now and had a lovely time though not long enough. we didn't get off to the most auspicious of starts. We hoped to leave at 10 but it ended up being nearer to 11 then got to the top of the lane and realized we had a flat. Came home to try and blow it up to discover as fast as the air was going in it was coming out again. Unload the car to get to the spare tyre and then limp into town to get a new one. So £55 quid later we managed to get away.
Have hopefully got lots of things to sort out this week including this bingo malarkey that is taking over Hypnos thread. I need some quiet time to think (it takes me a while) and go through quidco and sort out the car insurance. Also got lots of ironing.
